My cakes are made using top quality ingredients,. Free range eggs, Belgian chocolate, really good vanilla extract and fresh citrus and berries. Where appropriate I source finest quality confections such as my meringue kisses from top artisan producers . They contain absolutely no artificial preservatives.

Cakes come with a butter cream filling as standard however, other frostings are available including cream cheese and ganache. This will be discussed with you upon application.
IMPORTANT ALLERGY INFORMATION: My cakes contain the following allergens: Eggs, wheat, gluten, dairy, buttermilk, some contain nuts, rapeseed oil, barley, alcohol, or soya.
Please specify any allergies upon enquiring. I am able to bake dairy and gluten free cakes (cakes which do not actively contain these allergens). However, as all cakes are produced in the same kitchen and using the same equipment, all cake products may contain traces of the allergens named above. They are not therefore suitable for coeliac and those with severe allergy/intolerance.
Every cake is boxed with a complete list of ingredients and allergens. My labelling and production methods are fully compliant with the updates to Natasha's Law which came into effect on 1st October 2021.

I have the highest standards in food safety and cleanliness. I work within the Food Agency's guidelines for 'Safe Food, Better Business', I have a 5 star Food Hygiene rating and have attained my Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering Certificate.

Whenever we collect or process your personal data, we will only keep it for as long as is
necessary. When you cease to be a customer of Vanilla Rose Cakes, your data will be
deleted. When we delete any of your personal information that we are holding either
electronically or on paper, we make every reasonable effort to do so as securely as possible.
Who do we share your personal data with?
We do not share any personal data with any third parties, bodies or organisations. We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.
